Beret – BA Farmhouse Ale with Raspberries – Rigg and Furrow
A sour farmhouse ale aged in oak barrels for 6 months with our house mixed culture of native Northumbrian wild yeast, Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus, then refermented with 200g/L of raspberries for 2 months, before bottle conditioning for a further 2 months.
Dry, tart complex and funky, with a full-on raspberry punch!
